Refund & Cancellation Policy

Please read this policy before making a payment. By booking a service with AstroAaparna, you agree to the terms below.
1. Payment
All service fees are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are payable in full at the time of booking.
Accepted payment methods: • UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.) • Debit / Credit Card • Net Banking • Bank Transfer (NEFT/IMPS) — on prior arrangement
All transactions are processed securely via our Payment Gateway. AstroAaparna does not store card or UPI credentials.
2. Cancellation by Client
If you need to cancel, please notify us via WhatsApp (+91 91473 71203) or email (astroaaparna@astroaaparna.com) before your scheduled session.
• More than 24 hours' notice: A credit note valid for 90 days will be issued for use towards any future booking. • Less than 24 hours' notice: The session fee is non-refundable. A rescheduled appointment may be offered at AstroAaparna's discretion. • No-show (no prior notice): The full session fee is forfeited.
3. Refunds
Session fees are non-refundable once a session has been conducted or a report has been delivered.
A refund will be considered only if: • The session was not conducted due to AstroAaparna's unavailability and no alternative date was acceptable to the client. • A technical failure prevented the session and it was not rescheduled.
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to astroaaparna@astroaaparna.com within 7 days of payment, including your Order ID and reason. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
4. Cancellation by AstroAaparna
AstroAaparna reserves the right to cancel or reschedule an appointment due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, the client will be notified promptly and offered an alternative date. If no alternative is acceptable, a full refund will be issued within 7 business days.
5. Digital Reports & Kundli
Once a written report or Kundli has been delivered by email or download, it is a completed service and is non-refundable.
If a report is inaccurate due to incorrect birth details provided by the client, AstroAaparna is not liable for the error. A correction may be offered at a reduced fee at our discretion.
6. Disputes
We encourage clients to contact us directly at astroaaparna@astroaaparna.com before initiating a chargeback or bank dispute. Most concerns are resolved quickly.
Unauthorised chargebacks may result in suspension of future booking access.
To raise a refund request, email astroaaparna@astroaaparna.com with your Order ID.
