How to Book a Session

Keep Your Birth Details Ready
Before you begin booking, please have the following information on hand:
• Your full name • Date of birth (DD/MM/YYYY) • Exact time of birth — as accurate as possible (check your birth certificate if unsure) • Place of birth (city and country)
The time of birth is especially important for an accurate Vedic chart. If you do not know your exact birth time, mention it during the session and AstroAaparna will guide you.
Even a rough birth time (morning, afternoon, evening) is helpful. An exact minute is ideal.
Fill in the Booking Form
Click the 'Book a Session' button from any page. You will be asked to:
• Select the service(s) you want • Enter your name, email address, and phone number • Provide your date of birth, time of birth, and place of birth
Double-check all details before proceeding — especially the birth time and place, as these directly affect the accuracy of your reading.
Use the same email address you check regularly — your booking confirmation and report will be sent there.
Review & Pay
You will see a summary of your order — service(s) selected and the total amount in Indian Rupees (₹). Review everything, then proceed to pay securely via:
• UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.) • Debit or Credit Card • Net Banking
Payments are processed securely via our Payment Gateway. AstroAaparna does not store your card or UPI details.
You will receive an instant booking confirmation email with your unique Order ID as soon as payment is successful. Save this — you may need it for any queries.
Your Appointment Gets Scheduled
Once your payment is confirmed, AstroAaparna will schedule your appointment at a suitable time. You will receive a second email with:
• The confirmed date and time of your session (in IST) • A video meeting link (Google Meet, Zoom, or WhatsApp — your preference) • Your Order ID for reference
If you need to request a specific date or time, mention it via WhatsApp (+91 91473 71203) after booking.
Sessions are typically scheduled within 1–3 business days of booking. You will always be contacted before the slot is confirmed.
Attend Your Session
At the scheduled time, join the video call using the link provided. Sessions are conducted in English or Hindi, as per your comfort.
A typical session lasts 45 to 90 minutes depending on the service. Feel free to ask questions, take notes, or record the session for your personal reference.
Be in a quiet space with a stable internet connection for the best experience.

Receive Your Written Report
After your session, AstroAaparna will prepare a personalised written report which includes:
• Your Vedic birth chart (Kundli) • Key planetary positions and their significance • Current dasha period and what it means for you • Personalised insights and guidance from AstroAaparna • Suggested remedies (if applicable)
The report is sent to your email as a PDF within 3–5 business days of your session.
Save your PDF report — it is a detailed reference document you can return to at any time.
Follow Up or Book Again
After receiving your report, you are welcome to:
• Reply to the email with any follow-up questions • WhatsApp AstroAaparna for a quick query • Book a follow-up session for deeper exploration of a specific topic • Share your feedback — it helps AstroAaparna serve you better

Common Questions
I don't know my exact time of birth. Can I still book?
Yes. Mention it in the booking form or during the session. AstroAaparna will work with an approximate time and note any limitations this may place on the reading.
Can I book for someone else — a family member or friend?
Yes. Enter their birth details in the booking form and add a note in the message field that the session is for a family member. Provide a contact email where the report and confirmation should be sent.
What if I need to reschedule after booking?
WhatsApp AstroAaparna on +91 91473 71203 at least 24 hours before your scheduled session. Rescheduling is accommodated wherever possible at no additional charge.
How soon will I hear back after paying?
You will receive an instant booking confirmation by email. AstroAaparna will reach out within 1–2 business days to confirm your appointment date and time.
Is my birth and personal information kept confidential?
Yes. All personal details and session content are kept strictly confidential and are never shared with any third party. See the Privacy Policy for full details.
What language are sessions conducted in?
Sessions are available in English or Hindi — your choice. Please mention your preference at the time of booking or via WhatsApp.
